PilliGrip Seat Cover

When we came to fit the Pilligrip to our bike we were surprised to find there weren't any instructions*. However it quickly became apparent that they weren't really needed. The installation was easy and took no more than five minutes. It might have took a little longer if we'd tried to fit it as snuggly as it showed in the picture.

On the road I found the Pilligrip to work very well. It was only under exceptionally heavy breaking that I slid forward. Once I had slid forward it was a little harder to move myself back again and I found myself having to use my legs more to reposition myself. My partner Gareth isn't the most sedate rider so to be fair I doubt most pillions would experience the same problem.

The product seems durable enough. After a couple of months riding it still looks as good as new. It would be nice to see how it fairs over a full summers riding, but to be honest, for what it costs, if it did only last a year you'd feel you'd had your moneys worth out of it. And when it's not in use on the seat it also makes a good tank protector for when you have a tank bag on. Two items for the price of one!

For the money you can't really go wrong.
