Pathan 5 Finger Gloves

I ride my bike all year round, in fact I actually enjoy riding in the rain (pervert) as long as I'm warm and dry I'm a happy bunny, and here within lies the problem we face, how can we keep ourselves warm and dry when everything around you is wet and cold?

Well if you're looking for the definitive answer, you're out of luck as you're not going to find it here the best I can do it tell you how to keep your hands warm and dry.

The gloves sold by Hein Gericke are available in both the conventional 5 finger version but there is also the more unconventional and eye catching 3 finger lobster claw version.

The 3 finger version is supposedly better at keeping your hands warm, due to the fact that there are less seems to allow the cold air in and that because your fingers are next to each other they help keep them all snuggled up and warm. I did try this version but found that I didn't feel comfortable with the design and also the 2 pairs I tried on the inner lining kept pulling out when I took my hand out of the glove. I purchased the 5 finger version of the Pathan as they felt more comfortable and user friendly compared to the 3 finger version.

The gloves have a waterproof, breathable membrane lining as well as some very effective insulation so your fingers stay both warm and dry in the worst of weather and at only £32 they are a bargin.
