This was first real large ride out of 2002. The plan was to ride over to one of our favourite places for all things fried and greasy, the Salt box cafe in Hatton. Then after making sure our bellies were sufficiently full we headed off to Ashbourne along the A515. Once at Ashbourne we headed towards Leek and just before Leek turned right onto the marvellous B5053.

Once at the end of the B5053 we turned left onto the A515 towards Buxton and the infamous Cat and Fiddle and a stop at the pub for a rest and to allow Chris and Peter to catch up with the rest of us (Only joking)

After the Cat and Fiddle we headed back towards Buxton but turned left on to the A54 towards Allgreave, Congleton and Stoke on Trent (Why?) This roads not very long but a great ride (Err is this the right website?)

We finished off the ride by visinting D&K Motorcycles so that some of us could look at the huge number of bikes for sale, some of us could look at all the accessories and some of us to eat more food (No names mentioned except Chinny's) at the excellent cafe.
