The Salt Box Cafe is located in Hatton, on the junction of the A511 station road and the A516 derby road.
It's a very long established and popular Cafe, especially with lorry drivers and has lots of different items on the menu with big portions including many types of breakfast my particular favourite is the Tattie breakfast!
The only downside is that they only serve breakfast up to 11:30 and then they go onto the lunch menu.
